In the summer it is too hot for us to do this walk/trot/run as there is little shade so we decided to try it earlier in the season. It is 10km exactly around the lake if you follow the signs but we cut off a peninsula. Very calm walk for a Sunday morning. At the far end of the lake there is a floating bridge but both this and the ford at the start of the tour can be submerged after rain. The Grand Parc Miribel Jonage website normally has details. Will come back to run this before it gets too hot.
